Two works framed in one volume.
The second Polish edition of the Communist Manifesto and the first Polish edition of Karl Marx's work on the Jewish question, published as the first and fourth volumes of the Political and Social Library of the socialist "Przedswit", published intermittently from 1881. From July 1891, the magazine began to appear in London and again They were suspended due to lack of funds in March 1892. The next issue appeared in January 1893 with the subtitle of socio-economic journal, Witold Jodko-Narkiewicz became the actual editor, and it was printed by a printing house owned by Stanisław Mendelson. formally a body of the Foreign Polish Socialists Union.
